ESG Director

Daria joined the Innova Capital team in 2023. Prior to joining Innova, as part of the Sustainability team at Deloitte Central Europe, Daria assisted clients from various industries in developing Sustainable Development strategies. Previously, she advised companies on development strategy, operational optimization, innovation, and ESG within the consulting firm Roland Berger, at Empik, and Atrium European Real Estate.

Daria is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where she earned a master's degree in Finance and Banking.
