Prior to joining Innova in 2022, Magda worked as an Associate at Deloitte in valuation & modeling department. Prior to that she completed internships at MCI (tech focused private equity fund) and M&A team in PwC.

Magda holds a master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics. She also completed the CEMS master’s in International Management Programme at Copenhagen Business School.
