Michal joined Innova in 2026, having previously worked in the strategy & corporate development team at InPost Group and as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group. Earlier in his career, he completed private equity internships at PAI Partners and MCI Capital. Michal is a graduate of HEC Paris and the University of Warwick.
