Michal rejoined Innova in 2023, after completing an internship in 2021. In the meantime, he worked as a consultant in private equity practice at Bain & Company. Additionally, he gained experience through internships in private equity at Lightrock in London, at Bain and in TMT consultancy Altman Solon in Warsaw. 

Michal graduated from Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Finance & Accounting.
