Michał joined Innova in 2024. Prior to that, he worked as a Capital Markets Associate at Santander Corporate & Investment Banking. During his career, he participated in numerous landmark transactions on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, such as the IPOs of Allegro, Pepco and Żabka, as well as multiple capital raises and take privates.

Michał graduated from Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Finance and Accounting.
