Prior to joining Innova in 2024, Monika worked as an Analyst at Trigon Investment Banking. Before that she gained her professional experience at CVC Capital Partners and in the Business Consulting department at EY.

Monika graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a master's degree in Finance and Accounting.
