Prior to joining Innova in 2018, Pawel worked as an Analyst at Warsaw office of the Waterland Private Equity. Previously, he gained experience through internships at Waterland, UniCredit CAIB Poland and brokerage company Investors.

Pawel holds a master’s degree in Quantitative Methods from the Warsaw School of Economics. During his studies, he participated in an exchange programme at the University of Münster, Germany. Paweł has passed two levels of CFA exams.
