Prior to joining Innova in 2023, Piotr gained his professional experience at mid-market private equity house Value4Capital where he worked as an Associate. Prior to that he was an Analyst at KPMG in Deal Advisory department.

Piotr holds a master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics.
