Paulina Kossakowska joined Innova in 2021 and she is responsible for supervision over finance and day-to-day controlling of Fund Management Companies. Previously, Paulina held the position of Finance Controller at Hines. Moreover, she gained experience at such companies as Vistra and Ecovis.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from University of Warsaw and master’s degree and postgraduate diploma from Warsaw School of Economics. She is in the process of obtaining her ACCA qualifications.
