Krzysztof Kulig brings extensive expertise in European private equity and a proven track record in developing and executing successful investments across financial services and B2B sectors. As a Partner at Innova Capital, he is responsible for originating and managing investments, fostering relationships with the firm’s business partners and Limited Partners (LPs), and overseeing the fundraising processes for the Funds.

Throughout his career, Krzysztof has been actively involved in numerous high-profile transactions, including Polcard, Meritum, Expander, Provus, PEKAES, PeP, NETOPIA, and Paypoint Romania, demonstrating his ability to drive value creation and growth.

Before joining Innova, Krzysztof served as Vice President & Managing Director at Euronet Services Poland, where he played a pivotal role in business expansion. Prior to that, he worked as a Principal Consultant and Head of e-business and professional services operations at Heidrick & Struggles, further solidifying his expertise in strategic consulting and executive leadership.

Krzysztof holds an MBA from the University of Calgary in Canada and a degree from the University of Kent in Canterbury, England. In recognition of his commitment to business excellence, he has been a member of the Polish Business Roundtable (PBR) since 2018.
