Innova Capital, the leading Central European private equity fund, will become an investor in Drukarnia Embe Press in Lublin, the leading supplier of labels and flexible packaging for the beverage and food industry. As a result of the finalized transaction the fund gains exposure to an attractive flexible packaging market.

Innova Capital, a leading private equity fund in CEE has signed an agreement with Medicover to sell its stake in Neomedic, a leading neonatology and obstetrics hospital group in southern Poland, in a EUR 70m deal. The transaction is subject to customary merger control approvals and is expected to close during Q2/19.

On 19 December 2018, in Warsaw, Polskie ePłatności (PeP) finalised the transaction of purchasing 100 percent of the shares in PayUp S.A. belonging to EuroCash S.A. and signed the final agreement regarding the takeover of this company. Thanks to the merger, PeP has gained a formidable business partner - Eurocash Group.

The Polskie ePłatności have started the rebranding of their e-commerce part, which until now has been present on the market as the PayLane. The changes are only aimed at harmonization of the communication of the group in terms of its image. In March 2018, PayLane joined the Polskie ePłatności group which is one of the fastest growing and most modern companies on the Polish market for cash free payments.

Innova Capital, a leading private equity fund in Central and Eastern Europe, has confirmed the first close of its Innova/6 fund at EUR 194m, thereby significantly exceeding the minimum target of EUR 150m. At the same time, within twelve months up to the first close, Innova has achieved as much as 60% of the hard cap set out at EUR 325m.
