Innova Capital announces its acquisition of a significant minority stake in Dimark Manufacture S.A., a leading provider of proprietary industrial automation solutions, focused on Baggage Handling Systems (BHS). The investment marks another milestone for the firm's newest Innova/7 fund. This move solidifies Innova Capital's commitment to fostering innovation and growth within the technology sector.

Bielenda Kosmetyki Naturalne, backed by its investor Innova Capital, takes over a 100% stake in Kanani Europe, a manufacturer of cosmetics sold under the Miya Cosmetics brand. As part of the deal, TDJ - the existing owner of Kanani Europe - will partially reinvest to and become Bielenda Group's shareholders. The transaction is expected to be completed following approval by the Polish Office for Competition and Consumer Protection.

Innova Capital has successfully acquired minority stakes in CloudFerro, a leading provider of cloud services to the European space sector, marking another transaction under its seventh fund. Innova aims to support the company in bolstering its organizational structure, as well as leveraging prior experience in international expansion and future acquisitions. Thanks to this deal, the fund is expanding its presence in the European high-tech sector.

Bogdan and Elżbieta Kaczmarek together with Innova Capital, through an investment vehicle Breticontic Investments, have agreed to acquire 100% of Pfleiderer Polska in a corporate carve-out transaction from Pfleiderer Group owned by funds managed by affiliates of Strategic Value Partners. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2024, subject to receipt of required regulatory approvals as well as other customary closing conditions.
