Bielenda Natural Cosmetics will acquire a 100% stake in the Polish cosmetics manufacturer Torf Corporation, the owner of the Tołpa and ON brands. The transaction is being executed with the support of Bielenda's main investor, Innova Capital. The majority stake in Torf is being sold by Resource Partners.

Innova Capital joins Jerome France, the Founder of EMI Group and Morphosis Capital, a Romanian PE Fund, in their vision to create a leading independent European installation and maintenance provider in the industrial access solutions. On 30th June 2023 Innova acquired 51% stake in EMI Group via combination of partial buy-out and EUR 15 million capital increase. The new money will fund further add-on acquisitions aimed at solidifying the company's position on existing markets and entering new countries.

R-GOL, a leading distributor of specialized equipment for football enthusiasts, professionals and football clubs in Central and Eastern Europe, will be backed in further dynamic growth by Innova Capital.

Prime Label Group, the largest label manufacturer in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region and an entity controlled by Innova/6 SCA §SICAV, one of Innova Capital Group's private equity funds, has signed an agreement to acquire a 100% stake in the Polish printing company PEGWAN. On the back of this fifth acquisition, the Group will reach sales target of almost EUR 100 million in 2023, 12 months ahead of schedule. Prime Label is already working on further acquisitions in the region.

Innova Capital, a leading private equity firm in Central Europe, has confirmed that it has raised over EUR 324 million in the interim closing of the Innova/7 fund. The amount represents more than 90% of the target set at EUR 350 million. It also means that the newest fund has grown by more than EUR 100 million over the last nine months, despite the unstable economic situation in Europe and the current challenges raising capital in the CEE private equity market. Innova will continue to fundraise in the coming months, while working on new investment opportunities.

Innova Capital, a leading private equity firm in Central and Eastern Europe, will become an investor in NETOPIA Group, the Romanian payment services provider. This deal sees the fund expand its presence in the local financial services market.
