The deal, worth in excess of EUR 300 million, opens up new opportunities for Inelo Group in the European CRT market, with Martin Vohánka, Eurowag's founder and CEO, stressing that the acquisition will accelerate the development of its fully integrated digital end-to-end platform, helping to make the CRT industry cleaner, fairer and more efficient.

Despite the rapidly changing economic landscape, Innova has reached over 60% of its final goal of EUR 350 million in just 10 months.

Innova Capital has entered into a binding agreement with Recticel to sell a 100% stake in Trimo for an enterprise value of EUR 164 million. The transaction marks another home-run exit for Innova yielding over 4.5x return on the investment. Completion of the deal remains subject of customary conditions precedent and is expected to take place in Q3/22.
