Innova/6 SCA SICAV-RAIF, an alternative investment fund of Innova Capital Group investing in Central and Eastern Europe, has acquired stakes in three companies operating in the dental services market - the Lithuanian chain DPC and Polish Dentaurus and Medicadent clinics. The goal is to create - in cooperation with the prominent founding doctors - a leading, independent regional dental group. Initially the group comprises of 19 clinics located in Poland (6), Lithuania (12) and the United Kingdom (1) and has at its disposal ca. 70 dental units, as well as two prosthetic laboratories. The platform is a unique combination of medical and management competences, scale and investor experience, and has ambitious growth plans.

INELO Group, the leading provider of innovative technologies for the TSL sector in Poland, controlled by the private equity fund Innova/6 from the Innova Capital group, has acquired 73.5% of shares in the Slovenian telematics player CVS Mobile and becomes the leader in the field of integrated technological solutions for heavy-duty transport in the CEE/SEE region with a total of over 68 000 devices and access to 10 European markets. This is INELO third M&A transaction. The most recent one, in 2020, was a purchase of majority shares in Marcos BIS - the leading provider of transport management software - TMS Navigator. CVS Mobile will help to expand the geographical footprint for INELO Group's advanced products - specifically in the area of driver's work time management - and complement the telematics solutions for heavy fleets. INELO's clients currently include over 10 000 transport companies and 42 controlling institutions throughout Europe. INELO's CEO Magdalena Magnuszewska is expecting the Group to benefit further from strategic expansion.

The Central European leader in the production of labels, Prime Label Group, controlled by the private equity fund Innova/6 SCA §SICAV from the Innova Capital group, has acquired LabelPrint OÜ - a leading Estonian label printing house.

RTB House, a global advertising technology firm takes up 100% shares in WhitePress, a content marketing platform, from its Founders, Dirlango, a technology-focused investment firm and Innova Capital, a CEE mid-market private equity firm. WhitePress's management, including founders Paweł Strykowski and Tomasz Kwaśny, will continue in their existing roles. The financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed.

In December 2020, the Central European leader in label production, the Prime Label Group, controlled by Innova/6 SCA §SICAV, a private equity fund from Innova Capital Group, signed a purchase agreement for the majority stake in LabelProfi, a specialised printing house based in Slovenia. LabelProfi specializes in the production of highly processed self-adhesive labels and packaging using digital print technology.

Innova will acquire some existing shares from the Founders and will support Bielenda Kosmetyki Sp. z o.o. sp. k. in financing the acquisition of the Polish cosmetics brands portfolio from Orkla Group. The transaction awaits the approval from the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
