In December 2020, the Central European leader in label production, the Prime Label Group, controlled by Innova/6 SCA §SICAV, a private equity fund from Innova Capital Group, signed a purchase agreement for the majority stake in LabelProfi, a specialised printing house based in Slovenia. LabelProfi specializes in the production of highly processed self-adhesive labels and packaging using digital print technology.

Innova will acquire some existing shares from the Founders and will support Bielenda Kosmetyki Sp. z o.o. sp. k. in financing the acquisition of the Polish cosmetics brands portfolio from Orkla Group. The transaction awaits the approval from the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.

Innova Capital has agreed to buy PayPoint Romania from LSE-listed PayPoint plc. The sale is subject to competition and regulatory approvals, as well as other conditions precedent, and therefore completion is anticipated to take place on 31 March 2021.

STX Next, Europe's largest software house specialising in Python software development, which supports international clients in their digital transformation, has acquired a strong investor - a private equity fund advised by Innova Capital. The parties have not revealed the transaction value.
