Beata Kawęcka

HR & Administration Manager

Ms Kawęcka is responsible for administration and recruitment of personnel. She oversees corporate affairs, office administration, management of personnel, trainings, occupational safety and corporate communications. Beata joined Innova in 2006 as an Assistant to Steven Buckley.

Ms Kawecka holds a BA in Marketing & Management. She has also obtained a Diploma in HR Management from Leon Kozminski Academy in Warsaw.
