Poland Partners invested in Phoenix BV – fund that invested in Poland’s Mass Privatization Program through the purchase of the Privatization Certificates that have been allotted to each Polish citizen. Poland Partners also hold a 50% interest in GG&P, the company that managed Phoenix.
