The company's approach involves the selective acquisition of entities operating in the dental sector, alongside the opening of new locations.

Prime Label Group, a leading label manufacturer in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), has strengthened its position by acquiring a 100% stake in Grafoprint, a prominent Romanian printing business. As part of the private equity fund Innova/6 of the Innova Capital group, this marks Prime Label's sixth acquisition in five years, underscoring its growth ambitions in the CEE region. This acquisition allows the Group to expand in the promising Romanian market while exceeding its sales target of EUR 100 million by the end of 2024.

Innova Capital has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Tutore group, Poland's largest private education platform operating under the eTutor, ProfiLingua, and Tutore brands. The deal also included the acquisition of two companies - International Language Institute (ILI) and ESL Brains. The investments were made under the recently closed Innova/7 fund. Together, the companies plan to further expand the group's reach and offerings, providing high-quality learning and skill development solutions for children and adults, including services for individuals and companies.
